Abstract

Adolescents from working-class families have a range of psychological and social issues. The ability to overcome misfortune and come out stronger from it is known as resilience. How resilient they are in the face of difficulty can be greatly influenced by their emotional intelligence. The study's objective was to determine how adolescents from working families' emotional intelligence affected their resilience. A straightforward random sample technique was used to gather the data. The information was gathered from several independent and university institutions. T-test for independent samples, Pearson Regression analysis and correlation were employed in the data analysis. The findings show a strong positive relationship between emotional intelligence and resilience. Resilience is predicted by emotional intelligence and is also favourably influenced by it.
